Discussing topics such as gender, patriarchy and beauty, Ilana (she/they) uses their body to answer questions about the inherited social scripts that interfere with our truth and autonomy. With an emphasis on photography, Ilana explores street art and graffiti as a way to participate in active conversation with large scale capitalism by leaving behind self portraits.
